In this busy and varied role, your responsibilities would be but not limited to:
- To ensure the security and profitability of the company through efficient and effective management of a portfolio of clients
- To establish and maintain a professional and efficient relationship with your allocated portfolio of clients
- To manage and develop a small operations team
- To implement and maintain excellent standards of customer service
- To ensure that security is maintained at all times within the systems operated by the company
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Experience within the invoice/debtor finance industry
- Proven exceptional customer service and communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a team
- Exceptional organisational skills and able to multitask, manage and prioritise effectively
- Ideally, a degree qualification in either general Business Management or Financial Accounting
- The ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers
