Supporting the Director and GM of Sales, this position would suit either a recent grad with some office administration experience or alternatively, a highly experienced business administration (EA or Project Coordinator) individual. Highly personable and analytical, your duties will include
* Diary management, national and international travel coordination for the Directors * Managing, developing, analysing and maintaining spreadsheets and sales data * Coordinating and compiling data from varying sources and developing PowerPoint presentations for use at Board level * Liaise with high level customers and clients worldwide regarding corporate communication, coordination of meetings and video conferencing
