Wesley Employment Services is a respected Disability Employment Services provider and is currently seeking a results focused Reverse Marketer to secure job opportunities for job seekers under the Government funded Disability Employment Services Program in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.
We are seeking self motivated sales professional to focus on creating new business by identifying and generating vacancies for consultants to assist job seekers with various barriers back into work.
You will be responsible for:
· Identifying and securing job vacancies matched to the needs of job seekers
· Briefing consultants on skills shortages vacancies and managing the process
· Securing repeat business and managing employer relationships and expectations
· Reverse marketing job seekers and assisting them in the interview process
· Working to KPI's and targets
· Building strong on-going relationships with employers
You will need to demonstrate:
· Proven track record in business to business sales, business development and/or recruitment
· Proven ability in exceeding KPI's and targets in a sales environment
· Success in securing new and repeat business
· Sound knowledge of the local labour market and trends
· Strong networking skills with the ability to convert to opportunities
· Proven ability to work autonomously and be self motivated
The role of Reverse Marketer may also suit experienced sales professionals who may be considering a change of industry.
