This is an exciting opportunity for a gifted Practice Manager with sound QA/Testing process knowledge to join a leading Consulting house- servicing some of Sydney's finest Blue-chips. We are currently seeking a pragmatic, personable Practice Manager to take on a high visibility role, presenting an exciting new TeS proposition to all industry verticals in the region- ASEAN & ANZ (Sydney). Required Technical Skills: (Ideally 10 years + experience in all/majority) - Account/Territory Management experience- with a strong ability to create good account/territory plans & execute the same.
- Strong Sales Management Experience within the IT arena
- Ability to spot opportunities for Testing services and make proactive sales pitch with the objective to win key accounts
- Ability to produce strong account winning proposals- and guide a team in the same
- Ability to build and manage relationship at customer's VP/Director level executives (through customer calls, conduct meetings, present TeS propositions)
- Ability to assess situations in a sales cycle and devise appropriate strategies to win
- Ability to devise & execute demand generation plans and marketing programs
- Strong understanding of SW or Product testing life cycle
- Fair understanding of Testing &/or ADM and IT services business.

- Strong ability to work in a team environment - Communication with virtual teams, Geo sales and Vertical teams (strong interpersonal relationship skills)
Required Education: - Preferred IT Engineering degree- with MBA would be highly regarded
