Showroom Sales Representative 
 
Based in our Fyshwick showroom we are currently looking for a In-house Sales Representative to; 
  • Promote and sell our solar solutions to our retail customers;  
  • Assist and organise promotions, events, shows and information evenings;  
  • Maintain the showroom for optimal customer satisfaction; and  
  • Provide administration support to the field sales team.  
To be successful in this role you will be a service and sales focused individual committed to delivering the highest quality sales, service and support to our customers. You will be comfortable working with a variety of people with differing skills, abilities and needs to deliver a positive outcome for Solar Shop Australia. You will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and be familiar with Customer Relationship Management Systems.  
 
This role is required to communicate with a wide variety of individuals so you will need to possess excellent communication skills, professional presentation and will need to be familiar with the Solar product range we offers its customers. You will be able to prioritise your workload and have previous experience successfully managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines. 
As part of this role you will need to be able to coordinate the company's attendance to various shows and events throughout the year, with the ability to organize all resources and staffing rosters. In addition you will also be required to provide administration support to the field sales team so you will have previous experience successfully managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines. 
An awareness of Global warming and a passion for supporting the public to explore a green energy solution is highly desirable but comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.  
Please be aware that out showroom is open 7 days a week so you must be available to work over a 7 day roster.  
The role is about 80% sales and 20% administration. They have to be available over the weekend and maybe required to shopping centre promotions, man the showroom, attend trade shows etc. We may consider someone part time but in that case the compulsory days would be Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 
 
The pay range is approx $40 – 45k + commission + super.
