You will lead a small, committed team of sales professionals and take responsibility for driving revenue growth in Canberra and surrounding areas. You will be a highly visible, customer-facing leader and will grow relationships in your own right, interacting with all project stakeholders, including consulting engineers, mechanical and electrical contractors, major commercial builders and developers, building owners and managers and a multitude of public sector entities. While your role is heavily oriented toward business development and client relationship management, you will also work to grow the individuals within your team, assisting them in progressing their careers.
You have a proven history of strong performance in sales management or business development within the BMS/HVAC controls sector. You are a strong business developer and can demonstrate an excellent understanding of the processes and disciplines necessary to achieve long-term sales success. Importantly, you have the ability and desire to truly lead and develop the individuals within your team.
