This is a senior role in HP Software Professional Services Business Unit in SPAC to lead the Software Education business in SPAC sub-region region. 
  
Qualifications
   
Education and Experience Required:
 
  • Solid years of training development experience in a technical field or a Master's degree with business development and sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience in direct sales.
  • Strong experience in people management
  • Experience with customer, partner and employee training delivery with reputed and major Education services organization.
You will be responsible for
  • Leading the business and delivery of software education services in SPAC.
  • Managing the activities of customer, partner and/or employee training/certifications in the operation of HP software products across the SPAC sub-region.
  • Holding SPAC sub-region P/L and ROI responsibility for software education services
  • Setting the strategy and direction for education services:
             o   Curriculum development
             o   Delivery methods
 
  • Managing programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams, planning and directing schedules and project budgets
  • Making all technology purchase decisions.
