THESE OPPORTUNITIES WON'T LAST Aegis is working with one of of Australia???s leading financial companies, they are recruiting Inbound Customer Service consultant to work in their state of the art contact centre.
The role involves taking inbound calls and responding to complex credit, account and billing enquiries. You will also be comfortable providing customer focused solutions (needs based soft selling). WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? - Full Time Hours (35 paid hours per week) with your choice of Casual ($22.71 per hour + super) or Perm ($18.93 per hour + leave entitlements + super + penalty rates for nights and weekends)
- Uncapped commissions
- Rotating roster - must be flexible to be rostered between the hours of 6am to midnight - Monday to Sunday
- 7 weeks paid training - start date 29th March

- Professional call centre
- Opportunity for perm staff to complete Cert III
You will have: - Preference previous call centre experience - soft selling skills highly desirable
