An exciting 2 month opportunity has become available for a Technical Trainee - Non Food, within a national supermarket retailer. Located in the Inner suburbs, this household name is truly a great place to work!

Your immediate team will consist of of 10 members, covering all private labels for Non-Food technology areas, working across four major business categories - Home and Entertainment, Apparel, Homecare, Health/Baby & Beauty.

As an integral part of this team, your main duties will include:

• Answering customer complaints across Non- Food areas,Assisting with day to day workload and product tests
• Following up with relevant suppliers
• Following up of supplier certification - Technical and Ethical with the supplier base

 To be successful for this position you will have some local working experience in a similar role. Also, holding a Chemical/Technical/Science degree is highly desirable.
