Due to significant company growth and internal promotion there is an immediate need for Team Leader Contaminated Land Management to join their established Melbourne team. As an experienced Team Leader you will have significant industry experience to head up their Site Investigation and Remediation group. Working across a range of challenging and long term projects you role will include the entire contamination management from exploration to remedial design and execution to site shutdowns. Requirements; Lead a team of 6-8 project managers and other support staff in delivering program task orders. Provide project delivery and technical leadership to ensure all contract requirements and protocols are met including budget and delivery schedule and quality requirements. Plan and coordinate work assignments of all staff in team to maximize utilization. Mentor and develop staff in team. Monitor and report on project performance against defined KPIs. You will be tertiary qualified in Environmental Engineering/Science with 6-10 years contaminated sites project management experience. To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated and looking for the next challenge in your career.
