Geology Manager needs someone he can rely on to get straight into action, he's not interested in micro-managing you. As a result, you are in charge of the young and motivated Geology team of 8 (a couple of Mine Geos and a few Pit Techs) as well as the development of mineral resource models.

Autonomous role where you make the decisions and the Geology Manager will step in to help and advise when necessary. This is the beauty of being a part of a smaller organisation where you are trusted to make the decisions and your input is actually listened to.

Management and technical development is encouraged and the company will pay for your training, seminars and conferences.

Options for DIDO or FIFO from Perth. Company is set to be a competing mid-tier producer with large world class under explored tenement holdings within WA.

To be considered you will have at least 7 years mine geology experience, recent OP gold experience and Surpac user.
