Consultant
Problem:
- Sitting in a consultancy that you have been at for while.
- Your career plan has you moving into a Principal position but the reality is, there is no where to progress where you are.
Solution:
- Initially you will begin as a Senior Consultant, however this consultancy wants to train you to progress into a Principal position. They don't have restrictions as to how many Principals they can have in the Resource team and you also don't need to wait out to the typical 18 years experience before you can be titled 'Principal.'
- If you are ready for a Principal position (balance of technical, reporting skills and client liaison) and you want a Principal role, nothing is stopping you from reaching your next career goal and progressing beyond- Management, Audits?
- Due to repeat business through high quality work and recently acquired Resource/ Exploration clients, this Perth based, Internationally respected Consultancy is starting to feel the pinch at the moment and need another Consultant to share the workload. Vision to increase expert team by a further 4 Resource Consultants within the next 8-12 months.
Degree qualified with at least 12 years experience (Mine Geologist background) and consulting exposure- estimation and geostats.
