As an experienced Project Manager of Environmental and Contaminated Land projects, be entrusted to run projects end to end, leaving the Principals and Managers to operate the business and bring in the projects for you. Project Manage the following:
- Property portfolio of 50 sites (agricultural/brownfields) up to 300ha
- Investigation programs for landfills
- Advise on remediation programs spanning 2 years for contractor
- Request for sediment dredging of harbour up to $15m
- Mediation and facilitation between government and owner on remediation costs
- Remedial Action Plan for defense projects
- Groundwater – Chlorinated solvents heading towards remediation
- Review of asbestos removal strategy currently valued at $5m (looking to reduce costs)
