This group is securing significant environmental and contaminated sites projects off the back of reputation and aura alone. They focus on high margin niche work focused on the higher end of the spectrum - not your run-of-the-mill projects.
You’re coming in as a Senior Environmental Consultant with project management skills to slot into a team that are considered ‘the go to guys’ for projects that are difficult or require a specialist approach that top tier can’t deliver.
Technically challenging projects:
Technically challenging projects across defence, government advisory, sediment dredging, remediation for mines and developments will require a high level thinking, outside the box approach.
Don’t worry about having your managers number on speed dial, you’re calling most of the shots with end-to-end project management, however director support is there if and when you need them.
Salary packaging:
No bonuses provided. Instead they have higher base salaries with an equity scheme on top on this. Furthermore, your promotion will come through regular pay increases opposed to a title change.
