They are now looking for an exceptional Customer Technical Support person to join the organisation and become an integral member of a team of dedicated, enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals. As an important member of the Technical Support Team team, some of your key responsibilities in this position are:

Respond quickly and effectively to customer technical enquiries

Be a valuable technical resource to internal and external customers
-
Provide connectivity and instrument servicing solutions
-
Investigate, document and resolve assigned customer
-
Provide an effective interface between customer and company
-
Liaise effectively, and build relationships, with the products' manufacturers/distributors
To be successful in this role, some of your key skills and knowledge will include:
-
Experience in connectivity/instrumentation understanding and repairs
-
High level of electro/mechanical skills
-
Demonstrated experience working well in teams
-
The ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of team
-
Technical or trade qualification or diploma
-
Strong and genuine customer focus attitude
