This highly regarded and fast growing organisation manufactures and sells a range of advanced medical products and is recognised as a world leader in its field. This outstanding company is going through an exciting phase of its development and through a continued strong focus on the customer it continues to pave the way in the pursuit of new and innovative products used in the diagnosis and management of diseases and conditions.  

They are now looking for an exceptional Customer Technical Support person to join the organisation and become an integral member of a team of dedicated, enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals. As an important member of the Technical Support Team team, some of your key responsibilities in this position are:   

  • Respond quickly and effectively to customer technical enquiries
  • Be a valuable technical resource to internal and external customers
  • Provide connectivity and instrument servicing solutions
  • Investigate, document and resolve assigned customer concerns
  • Provide an effective interface between customer and company
  • Liaise effectively, and build relationships, with the products' manufacturers/distributors

To be successful in this role, some of your key skills and knowledge will include:   

  • Experience in connectivity/instrumentation understanding and repairs
  • High level of electro/mechanical skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows Networking and Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, SQL server and programming skills
  • Demonstrated experience working well in teams
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of  team
  • Technical or trade qualification or diploma
  • A genuine customer service attitude

A background and/or understanding of medical products, laboratories, hospitals or diagnostics would be a distinct advantage. This is a genuinely outstanding opportunity to work for an exceptional organisation, based in Brisbane with an outstanding company culture and dedicated people.
