Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Arranging bookings with freight forwarders/shipping lines
• Issuing and preparing export documentation
• Liasing with overseas customers/buyers
• Lodging of bank documents
• Paperwork follow up
• Handling customer queries
• General customer service

You will need to display:

• Professional presentation
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent PC skills including Excel
• Have export experience in Australia
• Understanding of letters of credit
• Knowledge of EDN's and customs procedures
• Handling of airfreight desirable
