The next couple of years will allow them to concentrate on implementing a targeted expansion plan, so this represents is a time of growth and opportunity within the organisation.
This newly created role reports to directly to the GM of Retail and provides a unique opportunity for someone with previous Site Acquisition / Lease Negotiation (and possibly recruiting and development of new Franchisees) skills. The key elements of the role are developing sites, negotiating Leases, overseeing fit out, and building relationships with potential Franchisees from initial discussions through to store opening.
The successful candidate will be a motivated self starter, with a developed sense of accountability, have excellent negotiation skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, alongside previous site acquisition and Lease negotiation skills (ideally with exposure to the major shopping centre groups).
The salary package will be by negotiation, however a guideline would be a base salary in the vicinity of $100,000 plus car or allowance, plus superannuation and an attractive bonus structure.
