This is a rare opportunity for an individual to work for one of the fastest growing organizations in the Equipment and Construction sector. Reporting to the National Sales and Service Manager this position carries the responsibilities of maintaining  the every- day running of the Western Sydney branch and ensuring all customers are managed in the most cost effective and efficient way. You will be a key stakeholder in the organizations infrastructure and will therefore play an integral part in driving this branch to achieve all the success it deserves.

To be successful in this position you will be an individual who has a flair for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with businesses that will add value to your branch. Additional to this you have an eye for detail, know how to provide excellent customer service and will be able to run the branch like this you own it.

You will have technicians in the work shop to support the service aspect of the equipment, your role will be to manage the team effectively so that the Service Level Agreements are met and that the branch works to achieve the required financial outcomes.

Ideally you have previously worked in a position where you have managed the Profit and Loss of the branch, have proven ability to motivate and manage a team and a track record of business growth. Previous experience working in the earth moving, construction equipment sector will be highly regarded.
