The Company

Our client is a reputable Non For Profit organisation based in the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. As a stable and trusted company, and an employer of choice, they are looking to employ an experienced Payroll Officer on a part-time basis 2 to 3 days per week.

The Position

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working as an integral part of the Accounting team, your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Processing of 200 employees on a weekly basis using Sage Micropay
  • Collating and entering data to maintain up to date payroll information
  • Assisting employees with payroll related queries
  • Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions and leave

The Candidate

This is a great opportunity to join a community support organisation currently experiencing a period of growth. You will have solid Payroll experience, a team focus, strong attention to detail and a willingness to support the Finance department where required. You will be available to work two potentially three days per week, and have previous experience using Sage Micropay or similar payroll software.
