The Company

Our client is well-established FMCG company based in Tullamarine looking to appoint a HR Advisor to their close-knit team on a temporary basis. With a sound customer base of small businesses right through to major retailers Australia-wide, this organisation is seeking to upskill their capabilities to meet market demands.

Reporting to the HR Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Provide advice and support relating to any HR/Payroll queries
  • Processing employment contracts and other documentation required across the employee life-cycle
  • Coordination of employee on boarding process with line manager
  • Assist with Recruitment process (including visa checks)
  • Manage the Human Resources mailbox
  • Undertake any other duties as required by Management

In order to be successful for this exciting role, you must possess the following:

  • Recent, proven HR Advisor experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Desire to achieve strict deadlines and targets
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
