Customer Success Manager

  • 3 month contract
  • Part time - 2 days a week

Our client has recently launched a new product which has seen an astounding initial reception by users and require a Customer Success manager in oder to capitalise on this and further build both the user base and customer relationships moving forwards. This role is initially scoped to consist of 2 days a week over the next 3 months with the potential to scale up into full time hours as the customer base continues to grow and consolidate.


Your role will primaril revolve around the following responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensuring they are getting maximum value from the product
  • Establish and monitor metrics to gauge custoemr engagement with the product and services
  • Prioritising customer follows up based on return on time invested
  • Providing feedback from customers to product owners and project manager (e.g. issues, feature requests, customer needs etc)

Ideally you will posess the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role focused on business development / customer engagement
  • Experience working with overseas clients / customers
  • Willingness to work outside convential hours as required to accomodate for varying timezones
  • The ability to speak Spanish or Fench would be a bonus, but is not required
